Five stars for sure! Affordable, quality work. He was there to hang my blinds, but when he saw a few projects I had that needed to be taken care of, he fixed those, too! He hung up my bathroom fan, adjusted and covered several electrical sockets, and installed my reverse osmosis water system. It was so lucky I found Stehly Property Services!

My wife and I have been through 4 different home repair service companies until we found Stehly Property Services. If you're like us and you just want someone who follows through and does good quality work for a reasonable price, then look no further. Jordan and his team at Stehly Property Services stand by their service, have a flexible schedule and are always very friendly and respectful. Give them a call for your next job and if you've ever dealt with a contractor or handyman before, you'll notice right away that these guys are next level!

Jordan has completed two projects for us. His workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. Both projects were in Mission Viejo and very challenging. The first was a 12' double-hung gate with automatic closure, which included demoing the original and a unique enclosure for our pool equipment, allowing access for service and maintenance. Jordan designed both. The second involved adding shiplap siding to a patio area, including the ceiling. Again, Jordan helped design the tough angles. The trim and finish work turned out perfectly. I recommend Jordan and his crew without hesitation.
